user manual for infrared thermometer Peakmeeter 6530D
Hello, guys! I want to tell you about one device. This is non-contact
infrared thermometer "PM 6530D". The device is designed to measure the
temperature of different surfaces, solutions and so on.
Technical parametres:
LCD: Color LCD;
D:S: 12:1;
Response spectrum: 8-14um;
Emissivity: 0.1 - 1.00;
Laser: <1mW/630-670nm Level 2;
UV Light(BLUE): +;
Response time: <0,5 sec;
Auto shutdown: 15 sec;
Power: 9V 6F22 battery;
Operational temperature: 0°C...40°C;
Storage temperature: -10°C...60°C;
Measurement range (non-contact): -50°C...800°C (-58°F - 1472°F); -50°C...0°C: ± 3°C; 0°C...800°C: ±2°C/4°F;
Measurement range (K-type): -10°C...537°C (14°F...999°F), ±2°C/4°F;
Ambient humidity: ±4% RH (20%...80%), ±5% (0%...20%, 80%-100%);
Dew point temperature: -10...-50°C/14...122°F (±1,5°C/3°F).
The instrument is very easy to use. You have to press the trigger and the device starts to measure. This device has three modes:
Mode 1. Mildew alarm mode. Press MODE key to turn on display. When you press the trigger the device will show current ambient temperature, humidity, dew point and surface temperature.
Mode 2. Temperature difference alarm mode. Press MODE key to go to this mode. Press the trigger and the instrument will show current ambient temperature and surface temperature. The difference between these two indicators can view whether the measured object works properly or not.
Mode 3. K type thermocouple temperature measurement. Press MODE key to switch over to K type mode. Then insert thermocouple probe into the device's socket. Press the trigger and instrument will display both values: K type temperature and surface temperature. You can use this mode to measure the temperature of solutions, liquids etc.
Important notices:
1) Don't put the device close to or on a hot object.
2) The electromagnetic field of electric welding or inductive heating have to be minimized.
3) When the working enviroment changes suddenly, the device has to stay in these conditions for 30 minutes. After that you can continue measurement and the instrument will display correct values.
4) You have to keep the device clean, so that dust doesn't get in lens cone.
